~Tate Bubtoover 30.Dec.03 01:43 PM a Web browser Domino Administrator6.0.1Windows 2000
Hello all,
We are having a very serious problem in our organization; all our users access their mailbox via the web. Before now they were doing so using the normal web interface that comes with domino R6 mail file by default.
But recently, we implemented iNotes web access by converting the entire users mail file to use iNotes6 template. This we achieved using the ?Load Convert? command. The conversion ran smoothly but since then users can no longer login to their mailboxes using the new iNotes6 interface.
Users are assigned editor right to there mail files at the point of creation, hence the Domino Administrator has Manager access to all mail files. We have discovered that it is only the administrator that can login. Even when Manager right is assigned to the mail file owner, he can't still login. In order to allow all users to be able to login we had to give the username and Internet password of the Domino Administrator, which is not a safe thing to do at all.
We are running Domino R6 on Windows 2000 Server.
Please we've searched the forum for possible solution but have not found any. Your assistance is highly needed.
